Returns
We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition and packaging.
To request a return, please email us at hello@atlascollectivelabel.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided via email.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.

Refunds are only offered for items that are deemed faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@atlascollectivelabel.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and details of the issue.
If your refund is approved, the item must be returned:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition and packaging
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Refunds are not offered for change of mind
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet our policy conditions
